在華農體育館的康復輔助用具保證服務站，維修技師孫勇半蹲在地上檢查維修輪椅，右腿佩帶的假肢非分特別惹人注視。這位已佩帶假肢20余年的技術專家告訴記者，本身在本次殘特奧會中找到了新的價值。有一次，一位運動員的輪椅鋼圈不測變形。孫勇立即協調廠家，及時更換整套輪圈醫美診所設計。同樣作為殘障人士，孫勇深知一副好用的輔具有多主要。從被服務者到服務者，孫勇在維修臺上完成了溫熱的傳承。
“預備——沖刺——擦！”每當場中哨聲響起，數道綠色的身影就手持抹布沖進場內，敏捷擦干空中的汗漬。他們，就是“快擦手”志愿者。一場比賽下來，私人招待所設計“快擦手”要往復奔馳任務數十次，老屋翻新比賽結束時早已汗流浹背。
